Placing an Order
Order can be placed by contacting us via email.
Order Confirmation
Please contact us at sales@aquatek-california.com to confirm your order, and to further assist you.
Order Status
Order will be processed after full payment has been received and cleared. We will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via email. Tracking numbers are sent via email once they are available. If you do not receive this information, you may email us at sales@aquatek-california.com to obtain your order status or tracking number. We will also contact you via email, unless noted otherwise, if there are any issues regarding your order.
Canceling an Order
Orders cannot be cancelled or refused after the orders have been shipped. Refused orders are subject to an automatic 15% restocking fee plus return freight charge. Orders cannot be cancelled or refused due to delay in shipping or order processing.

Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal, Money orders, wire transfers and personal checks.
Billing and Shipping Address Verification
Verification is required to guard against credit card fraud. It is for your protection and ours.
If the billing address and shipping address are different, please contact your credit card issuer and request for them to add the shipping address as an authorized shipping address for your account.
Sales Tax
For California residents and orders shipping to California, we’ll collect a sales tax of 8.99% regardless of county of residence/to be sent to.

Shipping Options
We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options.
Shipping Costs
Orders are shipped via standard shipping unless requested otherwise. Standard shipping carriers include USPS, UPS and FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping carriers include USPS Express and FedEx Express. We CAN NOT ship items to PO Box addresses at this time.
Items shipped outside of the 48 Continental states require additional shipping charge. Please contact us for S&H quotation before purchasing.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries outside of the U.S. Please contact us for S&H quotation prior to purchase. Please note that you are responsible for any import tax, duties or other custom fees for any international shipments.

Return Information
Return Policy and 30 Days Satisfaction Warranty
To avoid returns we suggest you ask about any product you are unsure of before you order by emailing us at service@aquatek-california.com.
All products we sold on www.aquatek-california.com carry a 30-day Money Back Satisfaction Warranty. We’ll issue you a refund for the price paid for the item less 15% restocking fee in the original form of payment. Please make sure the products are in their original condition and packaging with all contents and accessories included, and return it to us within 30 days of your purchase date. Return shipping is not covered under the return policy. All return requests made past 30 days from the purchase date are determined on a case-by-case basis and must be accompanied by a RMA.
We do not accept returns nor approve exchanges for any international orders. Returns and exchanges are only approved if the buyer pays for return shipping. For exchanges, buyer must pay both return shipping and any charges to ship back.
RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization)
All return requests past 30 days from the purchase date are determined on a case-by-case basis and must be accompanied by a RMA. The returned item must be in brand new condition with original packaging and accessories included. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.
Any deviation from the returns process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments including defective items. Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refund will be made in the original form of payment within 7 days after the item is received.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
MarineDepot.com shall in no event be liable for damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, for injury to any property or to any person, by reason of the person’s negligence or otherwise in connection with the safe, delivery, installation or use of the products and/or provision of services pursuant to this agreement, and purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless MarineDepot.com against further liability. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, MarineDepot.com shall in no event be liable for lost profits arising out of, or in connection with, this agreement. Neither MarineDepot.com nor purchaser shall be liable for delay in the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement arising out of causes beyond it control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental action, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantines, strikes, embargoes, or severe weather.
